Ride Cancellation by Passenger
- Passengers can cancel a ride at any time before the driver arrives. However, a cancellation fee may be charged if the cancellation occurs after a specified time limit from the time of booking.
- The specific cancellation fee and time limit will be communicated in the Taxi’na app at the time of booking.
Ride Cancellation by Driver
- If a driver cancels a booked ride, no fee will be charged to the passenger. Taxi’na will endeavor to provide an alternative driver in such cases.
